LCHAY's mission is to prevent childhood obesity and related diseases, in Lane County

Our Vision: Lane County, Oregon is a community in which all youth lead healthy active lives fueled by nutritious food.

What if

…every neighborhood in Lane County had a Grocery Store, Community Garden and Farmers’ Market?
…no child lived more than a quarter of a mile from a park or playground?
…it was safe and easy for all kids to bike or walk to school?
…there was no advertising of unhealthful products to youth?
…local resource decisions were made with children’s health as a primary concern?

At LCHAY, our vision of Lane County is a community where all children lead healthy, active lives; fueled by nutritious foods. Your tax deductable donation supports projects and public health policy advocacy to help make this vision reality.

Please put child health and wellness at the center of your charitable giving by investing in LCHAY’s effective community action work today!
